A letter with a list of "what-to-have-on-hand" in your kitchen will be included with your kit. You probably have most of these items already, so we recommend that you wait until you see the list before purchasing your bowls, etc. Things you'll need are most-likely available at your grocery store, superstore, Wal-Mart®, or local convenience store.

We harvest and ship approximately every 2 1/2 weeks, and will withhold shipping if temperatures are extremely hot or cold in your area.
